GLAM FABRIC RETURN POLICY
• Glam Fabric textiles are all cut to order. Once a fabric is cut it cannot be returned.
• Glam Fabric does not accept returns or exchanges except for in the case of faulty manufacturer construction or for damage during shipping.  It is important to inspect your fabric upon delivery!
• No Returns will be accepted if cutting or alteration has been made to the merchandise. Please inspect before using.
• NOTE: Dye lot variance issues are not defects and will not be accepted for returns. A sample comes from a random dye lot and its for the sole purpose of determine if you want that particular design. Samples are not dye lot specific. Actual dye lots can vary from samples. Natural fabrics tend to vary more.


INSPECTING YOUR FABRIC UPON DELIVERY
Please inspect your fabric upon receipt for any damages from shipping or defects in craftsmanship. If there are damages due to shipping you must file a Damage Claim with the shipper immediately and contact Glam Fabric Customer Service at 1-323-274-4197 within 3 days of receipt. There will be no exceptions to this policy.


NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE EXAMINED UPON DELIVERY BEFORE ACCEPTING THE PRODUCT. ALL DAMAGES DUE TO SHIPPING MUST BE FILED WITH THE FREIGHT/DELIVERY COMPANY BY THE PURCHASER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
